Chairperson Steve Kerrigan on South Shore

On a cold day in January, Democrats on the South Shore got together to hear from

Massachusetts Democratic Chairperson Steve Kerrigan. The crowd was made up of activists, Democratic town committee members, and chairs from the Senate District of Plymouth and Norfolk. Attendees were very excited and motivated to get to work during the 2024 election cycle.

Steve kicked off the meeting with an antidote about traveling across half the state to get to the meeting and was excited to be greeted by an enthusiastic room full of activists. During his opening speech, he highlighted the fact that one of the Commonwealth's top exports is Massachusetts-style activism. The chairman stressed the fact that it was going to be a busy election cycle in Plymouth County with a lot of open state Representatives, Senate, and County seats. He then opened the meeting with questions from the audience.
