Jim Cantwell invites you to his traditional free Christmas screening of the beloved holiday film "It's a Wonderful Life."

Friends: At challenging times like these, it's important to join together, to share great company, and to celebrate traditions that remind us of our good fortune and community bonds. One fun tradition is our annual, free showing of the Holiday Classic, "It's a Wonderful Life," which I'll be hosting once again on Saturday, December 20, at 10:00 AM. As in recent years, I've rented the Cameo Theater (14 Columbian Street, South Weymouth), as the event is co-hosted by my amazing high school friends, Bret and Michelle Hardy, who own the theater. Doors will open at 9:30 AM, and Santa will be on hand from 9:30 until approximately 10:30.

As always, the showing of the film is free, but folks are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or to make a donation of any size to Community Christmas to help others who may have need this time of year.
