GOTV Weekend getaway
The good troublemakers of Southeastern Massachusetts are teaming up with the Massachusetts Democratic Party to offer weekend getaways to the Battleground New England states of Maine and New Hampshire for the last two weekends of the campaign. The Maine and New Hampshire Democratic Parties have been identifying supporters since the spring, and now they need help making sure their supporters vote. We're sending a team of volunteers to do voter outreach and help the New Hampshire and Maine Democratic parties remind people to vote. Hotel accommodations will be provided for volunteers.
The team will meet up Friday of the weekend at the Marshfield coordinated campaign office at 6:00 pm. We will then break up into carpool groups and head out to the hotel accommodations, arriving in the late evening. On Saturday and Sunday, the team will be helping remind supporters to vote. The volunteer opportunity includes door knocking, phone/text banking, and helping in any way we can. The team will head back to Massachusetts around 6:00 on Sunday night
