The Democratic Town Committee of Marshfield is once again hosting a year-end Veterans
Coat Drive on Saturday, December 28, at the public library. In 2023, committee members and members of the community collected over 500 coats and winter clothing. This is part of a series of civic engagement events designed to change the tone of political discourse with positive energy as part of the GCA voter outreach process. The theme of this process is “Do good often!" The committee is doing this by hosting civic engagement events that are mini-volunteer opportunities that improve our community and help Marshfield citizens.
